Palinurus elephas

A seawater species, sometimes called a Crawfish and regularly confused with Crayfish. 

Crawfish can grow larger than Lobster and have a Lobster shape but no large claws and only the tail meat is eaten. 

Found in most European waters although the majority of the UK catch is exported to the Continent. 

Very popular in Australia. Use as for European / American Lobster.
