The NFFF is based in Leeds and has a UK-wide membership.
They deliver a three-day Complete Guide to Shop Management training course. It is ideal for newcomers to the industry, whether they are buying a fish and chip business or managing a business. It consists of two days delivered remotely via Zoom and one day of face-to-face training at the NFFF Training Academy in Leeds.
Other training courses offered by the NFFF include a one-day Practical Guide to Fish Frying course, delivered at their Training Academy along with In Shop training courses.
