This trainer is approved by Seafish to deliver the following programmes:

• Fishmongering, Fish Filleting and Knife Skills
• Seafood Smoking – Principles (remotely delivered training programme), Introductory, Advanced and inhouse coaching and consultancy.

Seafish microkilns are currently based at Food Centre Wales (Horeb), Food Technology Centre (Anglesey), NESCOL (Fraserburgh) and with AFOS in Hull.
