- Seafood Smoking – Principles (remotely delivered training programme), Introductory, Advanced and inhouse coaching and consultancy.
Seafish microkilns are currently based at Food Centre Wales (Horeb), Food Technology Centre (Anglesey), NESCOL (Fraserburgh) and with AFOS in Hull.
